EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Nicholas provides legal advice in a wide-ranging employment related matters which includes trade disputes, contracts of service, employment issues, industrial actions, judicial reviews, law on dismissals, reorganisations and retrenchment and disciplinary action procedures. He has appeared regularly in the industrial courts and the civil courts, principally for judicial review applications and appeals. He has also independently conducted numerous hearings and trials which led to credible wins.
Nicholas obtained his Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Reading. He is a Barrister-at-Law of Lincoln’s Inn and was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2014. He was subsequently admitted as an advocate & solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2015.
