Felix has built up extensive experience of a wide range of dispute resolution in commercial litigation, contractual disputes, shareholders dispute, joint venture dispute, fiduciary obligations and contentious probate and administration matters. He also acts for corporations on matters concerning fraud.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Felix has been instructed in numerous contractual breaches, fraud claims, shareholders' claims, derivative actions and fraud claims. He has also been involved in a high profile probate action, involving family tussle.
Felix is a litigator with vast experience in the field of contract law and tort. He has advised and dealt with clients in various industries and individuals with diverse background.
Felix frequently appears at both the High Court and the subordinate courts. He also acts as junior counsel in the appellate courts, working alongside high profile senior counsels, notably Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram and Dato' Dr Cyrus V. Das.
Felix is a First-class law graduate from the University of West of England, Bristol. He is a Barrister-at-Law in the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple London and was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2014. He was subsequently admitted as an advocate & solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2015. He is also a qualified civil and commercial mediator with the Alternative Dispute Resolution group (ADRg) in the United Kingdom.
