Following the ‘Movement Control’ order (“MCO”) which took effect on 18 March 2020, the Malaysian government announced a ‘Conditional Movement Control’ Order (“CMCO”) effective 4 May 2020 to 9 June 2020 under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 and the Police Act 1967.

We are pleased to inform you that pursuant to the CMCO, our office re-opened from 4 May 2020, subject to adherence to standard operating procedures. During the period of the CMCO, our lawyers will be working from home, as well as in the office, as part of our health and safety precautions.  As always, our lawyers will continue to be available via email to attend to your matters.
